As a personal initiative, and keeping pace with advanced media basics, and recognizing its advantages, as well as other important motives, we liked to contribute in dedicating those basics and motives, and enhancing them, by introducing in the world of Arabic press a cultural, traditional, and sportive publication under the name of “AsSahraa” specialized in horse affairs, issued monthly by “Dar Al Mourad for media and publication”. It was established in Summer 1998 as a milestone in this industry and first of its kind in the Arab world, as it is from the date of its launch a convenient response for the rightful requests to deal with this glorious aspect of Arabic and Islamic traditions.

The new publication “AsSahraa” goes on in its journey with the Arab and global chivalry with its advanced shape and distinguished decent style and its diverse sections, fixed and variable, with honesty, faithfulness, and commitment. Here it is now at the beginning of 2008 in its 20th years keeping its ascension with the purity of its dimensions, extensions, and targets. “AsSahraa”  keeps on gaining the trust and respect of its faithful readers, and all who have passion to horses in the Arab world and worldwide.

The most important recognition testimony for “AsSahraa” is the appreciation of its readers since its first issue, and the impressive attraction of senior specialists in horses: owners, breeders, trainers, jockeys.

Today, after 19 years has passed on AsSahraa, we the editorial team decided to lunch AsSahraa Electronic News Letter in a trial to establish a constant contact with our dear and treasured readers.
AsSahraa Electronic News Letter is a weekly e-magazine issued every Monday morning, distributed online to a wide network of readers.

AsSahraa Electronic News Letter consists of four different sections, the first containing all daily news of classic races, Endurance, Show Jumping and Polo. In the international world races, we cover all European races such as l’Arc de Triomphe and the French Guineas, and American races such as The Triple Crown, Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont, 1000 and 2000 Guineas, King George, Royal Ascot and the Irish Derby. The second section is the veterinary section where readers may find expert advices regarding the health of their horses and discover all new horse-health breaking news. In the third section, readers enjoy our Waha pages and they are given the chance to post their written subjects. As for our last section, it contains horses and farms for sale.
